Shipping For US & International

All Orders Ship Next Business Day:

Our Shipping Promise:

At Mama Moon Rocks™, we strive to ship all orders as fast as possible after an order is placed. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as: post office closure, shipping website being down, inclement weather, or staffing shortages. Orders placed after 7pm CST may not ship next business day.

Note: All orders placed between 10/27/22 – 11/04/22 will be shipped 11/07/22 as our office will be closed for family vacation.

At Mama Moon Rocks™, we strive to ship all orders the next business day after an order is placed. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as: post office closure, shipping website being down, inclement weather, or staffing shortages.

Business days do not apply to weekends, holidays, or government closures.

Local Pickup Available:

If you are located in or around the Omaha area, we welcome you to select the Local Pickup option when placing your order so you can get your package in person.

Note: Note that all orders placed between 10/27/22 – 11/04/22 can locally pick up orders on or after 11/07/22.

International Shipping Disclaimer:

Mama Moon Rocks™ now can ship our lovingly high-vibe products to a more global community, so if you are in Canada, Mexico, the UK, Belgium, Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia, we’ve got you covered!

So you can get your beautiful pieces safely and quickly to your international doorstep or mailbox, we apply a starting international shipping rate to all orders. If additional shipping costs are due – based on the weight of your order, a bigger box is needed based on your products, or multiple bigger boxes are necessary – a separate second invoice will be emailed that includes additional international shipping charges. This invoice must be paid in full before your order leaves the Mama Moon Rocks™ realm.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and receiving fees incurred.
  • Please track your packages closely! Shipments may be held at customs in your country. Customers are responsible for picking packages up at Customs.
  • We are not responsible for any packages that are returned to us due to a package not being picked up at Customs, Post Office etc. If packages are returned to us, refunds will be issued for the items only, less any fees we incur due to the return.

International Shipping - Country Not Listed

If your home or shipping area is outside our national or international shipping territories, please email sales@mamamoonrocks.com so we can assist you in processing your order.

Additional Shipping Charges For National & International Orders:

If you fall in love with many Mama Moon Rocks™ offerings that make your box super heavy, or if a larger dimension box or multiple boxes are required for your products to arrive securely, additional shipping charges may be required. (additional shipping charges may apply to both national and international orders) If additional shipping fees are required, we will communicate with you via the email you used in placing your order.

If you receive an email from us regarding additional shipping charges, please be sure to respond to this email promptly so your order can be processed for shipping as soon as possible.

Missing or Stolen Packages:

If your package has been marked as delivered and is nowhere to be found, Mama Moon Rocks™ is not at fault. We are not responsible for any stolen packages that were delivered to the address filled out on your order. We will do our due diligence to track the package but we cannot issue refunds for packages that were delivered per the United States Postal Service.

Return Policy & More

All Sales Are Final:

All sales are final, unless in the unlikely event the product was damaged during shipping, and a picture of proof of the damage in its original packaging is emailed to us within 72 hours of receiving your package. If damage does occur, please contact us at sales@mamamoonrocks.com, and we will happily replace it. 

Issuing A Damage Claim:

If damage does occur during shipping, please contact us at sales@mamamoonrocks.com, and include a picture of the damaged item in its original packaging. We will happily work with you.

Replacement of an equal value item:

If a damage claim is issued, the item will be replaced. If it cannot be replaced (for example: a unique one-of-a-kind item), you will have the choice of either a refund, a gift certificate issued in the amount of the item, or a credit towards our Facebook live crystal sales.
